30 多年前,辛辛那提大学的专家受美国*委托,对机床加工高强度合金时出现的异常振动进行研究。他们需要一种激振设备模拟切削力对机床的激振,要求其体积小巧,能直接装在走刀架上,既能加静载,也能加动载,频响宽达1000Hz 以上,推力足够大,可以对大阻尼大刚度的试件进行激励。从那时起,XCITE 电液式激振器逐步商品化,如今,已发展成几个系列几十种型号,广泛应用于大刚度、大阻尼、非线性结构以及大型结构的激振。

特点:
◎大出力:额定出力从1000 磅到20000 磅,可以激励刚度大且较重的结构或阻尼较大的小结构,或者非线性结构。
◎易于装夹: 设计紧凑,体积小巧,可以直接对试件激励,不需专业而复杂的夹具,也就没有失真及共振问题。
◎频率响应:不但具有很好的低频性能,而且由于经过特别设计,XCITE 激振器的可用频率达1000Hz,甚至2000Hz,覆盖了绝大部分结构动力学应用。
◎预加载:可以地控制静载荷,能消除轴承、齿轮或连接件中的间隙,研究静载变化造成的影响。
◎对静态及动态变量独立控制: 静态变量与动态变量的类型可以不同,例如可以在对静态位移进行控制的同时,对动态力进行控制。
◎自动增益补偿:可以自动补偿正弦扫频试验过程中,结构动态刚度变化造成的动态反馈变量的波动,保持其稳定。
◎大行程: 可以提供几英寸的行程,适用于车辆悬挂及整车激振。
