差分高精度低温漂低偏移电荷放大器的制造方法
提供了一种差分高精度低温漂低偏移电荷放大器,具有对电荷信号放大精度高,温度漂移小,偏置电压小的优点,可用于对振动电荷信号的放大。该放大器结构包括依次连接的过载保护电路、差分电荷转换电路、低通滤波电路、高通滤波电路和用以对这些电路供电的电源转换电路;其中差分电荷转换电路包括第一反相放大电路、第二反相放大电路和减法运算电路;电荷信号Qp正极、负极分别经电容接入第一反相放大电路、第二反相放大电路,这两个反相放大电路的反馈电阻支路与同一RC串联支路分别组成T型网络;第一反相放大电路和第二反相放大电路的输出分别作为正相输入和负相输入接入减法运算电路
