扭矩传感器是基于应变计技术。这些应变计排列成惠斯通电桥电路,将物理,机械力转化为电信号,经过滤波,显示和记录,以作进一步的处理。这个非常的电信号与施加的机械力成正比。
PCB Load & Torque提供滑环式与旋转变送器式扭矩传感器。旋转扭矩传感器将转轴装配在传感器外壳的精密轴承里。滑环式扭矩传感器给应变桥提供激励电源,同时利用滑环传递测量扭矩。旋转变送器式扭矩传感器利用变送器激励应变桥,同时通过旋转轴与传感器外壳间的气隙传递测量扭矩。相比滑环式设计,旋转变送器式扭矩传感器需更少的维护,更小的信号噪声。
TORKDISC®在线旋转扭矩传感器
采用16位的数字无线传感器技术,而不是滑环或旋转变送器。环形天线接收数字测量信号,再将信号传输给接收器。接收器可输出电流或电压信号。TORKDISC®的结构紧凑小巧,数字信号传输无影响。
