The Control Panels from the CP39xx-14xx series in a stainless steel finish are control and operating devices that meet strict hygiene requirements – above all important in the pharmaceutical, food and packaging industries. The Control Panels with IP 65 protection are characterised by an optimised housing design with minimised gaps. The housing geometry ensures that fluids run off automatically, thus helping to prevent the accumulation of contaminants.

Two 16:9 display versions are offered with diagonal sizes of 15.6- and 18.5-inch and a resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels.

The multi-touch screen is equipped with a laminated polyester film and thus offers increased splintering protection to avoid contamination of the produced goods when a device is damaged.

Further features, such as the resistance of the polished stainless steel surface, the polyester film and sealing agents that offer protection against a large number of chemical cleaning agents, cover a host of requirements for the use of the Control Panels in hygienic areas.

In addition to the capacitive multi-touch screen there are also versions available with additional emergency stop and three short-stroke keys with LED ring lighting for comfortable operation. Thus, central control tasks such as start and stop are integrated directly in the Control Panel.

The stainless steel Control Panels are designed for installation on a 48 mm mounting arm tube system. The mounting arm adapter (C9900-M759) for connection can be ordered separately. This simultaneously protects all connections and cables against contamination and chemical influences.

The range is rounded off by further accessories such as an RFID reader, an external USB interface or an adapter for tilting the Control Panel.

带 DVI/USB 接口的控制面板：CP68xx, CP69xx, CP78xx 和 CP79xx

数字视频接口（DVI）是与 VGA 接口相似的一种后续产品，以数字方式传送 PC 图像到显示器上。通用串行总线（USB）可连接输入设备和驱动器到 PC 上。如果距离不超过 5 米，所有 Beckhoff 控制面板都和 CP68xx 或 CP78xx 一样，提供经济的 DVI/USB 接口。DVI/USB 扩展接口使“经济型”控制面板 CP69xx 和 CP79xx 能远程操作 50 米远的 PC。除了显卡或带 DVI 输出的主板以及每块主板上带有的 USB 端口之外，在 PC 中无需其它插卡。

CP78xxx 和 CP79xx 控制面板设计用于安装臂安装，全面板符合防护等级 IP 65。因此，面板上的 DVI、USB 或 USB 扩展接口和 24 V 电源接口全部都是工业级的 IP 65 防护等级。

CP68xx 和 CP69xx 嵌入式控制面板通过标准的 USB 和 DVI 接口连接，同时，还具备了工业级 24 V 电源接头。位于面板背部的双口 USB 插槽可连接键盘、鼠标、USB 记忆棒 或 CD/DVD 驱动器。集成的 USB 1.1 集线器传输速度可达 12 Mbit/s。

DVI/USB 扩展接口

DVI/USB 扩展技术集成于每一台“经济型” DVI/USB 面板 CP69xx 和 CP79xx 中，通过标准电缆就可将面板连接到距离 PC 50 米远的地方。图像信号直接通过 DVI 线进行传输，Zui远可达 50 米，而 USB 信号通过 CAT5 电缆传输到 PC 上，这样，标准 USB 传输的 5 米的限制就可拓展到 50 米远。

50 米的 DVI 电缆是标准 DVI 所允许的长度的 10 倍。如此之远的传输距离将导致图像信号的严重失真。为此，“经济型” 控制面板 CP69xx 配置了信号处理器，以还原 DVI 信号。由于它是一种数字式信号，因此，信号可被完全还原，显示器可显示出没有任何信号干扰的完美画面。与之相配备的 PC 应具备标准的 DVI 输出接口。可采用主板集成的图形控制器，主板集成的图形控制器，例如 Intel® Extreme Graphic 或其它显卡。

通常情况下，USB 信号的传输需要每 5m 连接一个集线器。为避免在 50m 的传输距离中使用如此多的集线器，Beckhoff 采用了扩展 USB 的方式，即用 50m 普通 CAT5 以太网电缆（带 RJ 45 接口）来转换 USB 信号。在控制面板端，信号则被还原成 USB 信号。另外，在控制面板端配置了一个 USB 1.1 接口，传输速度为 12 Mbit/s。该款机器除了具有触摸屏、薄膜按键和按钮扩展件外，控制面板上的一个集线器可连接两个外部 USB 设备诸如键盘、鼠标、USB 记忆棒或 CD/DVD 驱动器。但是，控制面板中不能够再连接其它 USB 集线器。与之相配备的 PC 必须带有 USB 1.1 或 USB 2.0 接口。

Beckhoff 的 USB 到 USB 扩展转换盒 CU8800 无需外加电源，它具有一个 USB 输入和一个 RJ45 USB 扩展输出。此转换盒随电缆一同供货，面板与 PC 间的距离可选择 10、20、30、40 或 50 m。距离超过 5 米控制面板与 PC 间的亦可直接通过 USB 电缆相连。CP79xx 控制面板通过适配器 CU8800 相连，即使是在较短的距离内。
